Interested in pursuing a heart healthy lifestyle but unsure where to start?
Consider joining us for an interactive heart healthy meals class. Not only will you leave with a handful of simple, delicious meals, but you will also leave with knowledge of different foods and their benefits to heart health.
Payment for the class will be due by July 12 at 5:00 pm to the Riley County Extension Office.
Payment can be made by credit card through PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account. Or you can pay by cash or check (Payable to Riley County Extension) by July 12 before 5:00 pm.
