Mission 2019!
INTRODUCING OUR 2019 TEAM MEMBERS
CAMTA is excited to introduce you to our Mission 2019 team - gearing up to work in Quito in February/March - our 18th trip to Ecuador!

You'll recognize the names of many "seasoned" volunteers - some have been on over ten Missions with CAMTA - and you'll find many enthusiastic new people. Everyone is looking forward to contributing their professional expertise and skills to provide orthopedic surgery to people who could not otherwise afford it.

Curious about who's going? Click here for the Team 2019 list.

Each team member must raise at least $3200 to cover transportation, accommodation and meal expenses. You can help someone achieve his or her fundraising goal by clicking his or her name on the Team 2019 list then hitting the   button.

Donations of $20 or more will receive income tax receipts.

A huge THANK YOU to all the people who volunteered to support the CAMTA Casino in June, and a big hug to Wendy Read  for organizing everyone.

CAMTA received almost $75,000 from this 2 day event. This money will be used to purchase very necessary equipment and supplies for our Missions - some of which will be donated to the Father Carollo Hospital in Quito at the end of the Mission.
Due to lower than expected ticket sales, our September Fundraiser was cancelled. Thanks to everyone who planned to attend, and a special thanks to the individuals and businesses who donated goods and services for door prizes. Many of those donors very kindly opted to let us keep their items for future fundraising activities.
CAMTA is proud to be celebrating 16 years of partnership with  Fundacion Tierra Nueva in Quito. Fundacion Tierra Nueva, inspired by the life of Father José Carollo, provides the community with Health, Education and Social Protection and is committed to the improvement of the lives of the most vulnerable groups.

This mission is possible thanks to the generous support of our donors.
