Main responsibilities include handling service inquiries, responding to delivery problems, completing data entry and financial transactions, scheduling meal delivery, delivering meals in all areas of Greater Edmonton, and cross training to support other departments as needed. 

Qualifications include 3-5 years' customer service experience, a valid driver's license and clear driver's abstract, access to a reliable vehicle, and a clear police information check, including vulnerable sector check.
