Interim CFO Project
This week, we share a case study from KEA Advisor Bob Ichniowski's work with Bruckner Truck Sales, Inc. We thank the Bruckner team for their business.

KEA Advisors began working with Bruckner Truck Sales, Inc. in May of 2018.  The scope of the engagement was to provide any needed assistance with the Year-End Close, assist in the placement of a new Chief Financial Officer, and assist in the restructuring of the Corporate Accounting Team.
 
After spending about 6 weeks on site, the client extended and expanded the engagement for an additional 9 months. This involved a deeper dive into documentation of Accounting processes, development of both strategic and financial tools, on-going general dealership operations training for the new CFO and working with other departments to create synergies. One of the key financial tools developed was a complete dealership scorecard that measures key financial/operating analytics by department against ATD guidelines and best in class dealers.
