Are the part numbers in your ERP system exactly as the manufacturer defines them?  (They should be.  Click here for reasons why.)  If not, how are other WarehouseTWO members going to find your items, if your part numbers do not match the part numbers that other members are searching for?

Using Related Items functionality, create cross-references between your part numbers and manufacturer-defined part numbers.  Or cross-reference old-style items that you still have in stock with more current, functionally equivalent items.  The result is that more of your items may appear in search results at WarehouseTWO, increasing the chance of getting a sale.

Include a valid telephone number in your user record.  WarehouseTWO's email tools (e.g., Broadcast Request, Send Email to Seller) auto-populate the email signature with the sender's telephone number.  Improve the chances of getting a favorable response to your inquiry email by ensuring that your telephone number is displayed in your email.  To add/edit the telephone number listed in your user account, click on the My Account link in the top right-hand corner of any page of our web site (after logging in, of course.)
