Interested in Contributing to Research? 
A research team at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto would like to speak with patients and caregivers about their multiple myeloma journey along with their perspectives on, and experiences with, different treatment options for the disease.
This study is for: 

People living with multiple myeloma (MM) for at least 6 months who have received one or more previous MM treatments, and experienced oral and IV/injectable (in hospital) therapies. The researchers are also interested in speaking with those who provide care (caregivers) to someone who has been living with MM for 6 months or more and has experience with one or more MM treatments, including oral and IV/injectable (in hospital) therapies.

The study consists of a one-on-one telephone interview which will last approximately 60 minutes. To ensure that the responses have been captured accurately , each interview will also be audio recorded and then typed up. An experienced researcher from the Applied Health Research Centre at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto will be conducting the interview and analyzing the results.
 
As always, your input is extremely important! Participants will receive a $50.00 gift card as a token of appreciation for their time.

Privacy policy : All interviews will be conducted by researchers at the Applied Health Research Centre, St. Michael’s Hospital. To ensure patient and caregiver privacy and confidentiality, individual responses will not be identifiable. Please note that selected quotes will be used in the final report, publications and in presentations that result from this research, however, all quotes will be anonymous and no names or identifying information will be used.
