⚠️ Dog Flu Knows No Boundaries ⚠️
➡️Prevention Keeps Them Safe ⬅️
This highly contagious disease began as an isolated episode of respiratory disease in one state, and has now become a nationwide health concern for all dogs.
Considerations For Your Pet:

➡️ Dogs have no natural immunity to
Dog Flu because it is a newer virus.

➡️ This virus is easily spread by mobile dogs, like rescue dogs or ones that travel and move with their owners. This is how Dog Flu has spread from state to state.

➡️ Many dogs are boarded, go to daycare, or visit grooming facilities
where close contact to other dogs
puts them at high risk.
Dog Flu Spreads Easier
When They're Social

➡️ Direct contact: when dogs kiss, lick or nuzzle each other

➡️ Through the air: from a cough or sneeze

➡️ Contaminated objects: doggie bowls, toys, doorknobs or clothing

➡️ Human touch: hands of pet owners, veterinary clinic staff or shelter workers

How We Help Pets & People In Need
" I go here every time I have pets that need to be spayed or neutered and their services are amazing. I've never experienced a problem and my whole family brings their pets here. They're always nice and their surgery prices are so affordable. They really help out the community and are doing a wonderful service for the area "

Employee Spotlight: Tanya
Tanya is our Clinic Operations Manager. She works hard every day to keep our clinic running at peak performance! You may have seen her in the mornings during surgery check-in, where her cheery personality makes all of our customers smile!

Tanya excels at leadership and organizational skills. She researches and implements new processes to help our clinic excel, and she works hard to help each team member reach their goals.
Oh—and she is also bilingual! She graduated with an Associates in Veterinary Technology and has over 10 years of animal welfare experience. She is truly an asset to our organization.

She has 2 dogs - Tino and Lucy- as well as one cat - Maggy. She also has 2 beautiful daughters - Milania and Noelia - and will have a 3rd baby girl entering the world next month! (We are all so excited to meet her!)

We have so much appreciation for everything Tanya does here at H.O.P.E.
for Animals! Her smile always brightens the day and she is constantly making others around her laugh! We absolutely love having Tanya a part of the team!
