NA IFA's Leadership in Life Institute (LILI)

Class Being Formed for 2019
 
NAIFA-Florida is looking to form at least one LILI class in 2019 -- and is trying to determine the level of interest from members.
 
Developed by NAIFA, LILI is provided at the state level to benefit individual members. The institute was designed specifically to develop high-caliber leaders through personal growth and is built upon the conviction that leadership of others begins with leadership of oneself. LILI creates a culture - a unique learning environment - which encourages participants to bring out the best in themselves, and then apply what is learned across every aspect of their lives. The coursework is presented in six one-day sessions over a six-month period. Class size is limited to 12 students.  (For more information about the program, please see below.)
 
Actual dates and location(s) of the classes have not been determined. That will be determined by those students who are interested in taking the class.

Participation in LILI is through the application process only. Requirements: Must be a NAIFA member for at least one year or a new member with at least five (5) years of industry experience. Associate member (only 1 permitted per class). A student is permitted to miss only one session due to an emergency. An application is required, but it does not guarantee acceptance.
 
Tuition and Scholarship Information
Tuition is $890 (does not include hotel, travel, or meals).
