LEAP's mission is to build a community that empowers and motivates women by helping them to reach their fullest potential. Each program provides skill-building, challenging concepts, inspiration, and networking time. The LEAP programs include meals and occur once per month during March – November. Programs are open to both men and women, and content applies to all backgrounds and levels of expertise.
