What can I sign up for and what should I do to prepare?
  • This is registration for MOVE After School for Fall session, Spring session, OR both!
  • There will NOT be a separate registration period for Spring session... everything will remain open, first come, first served. 
  • If you have login trouble, please DO NOT create a new account...email info@phillyinmovement.com so we can reset your password.
How do I sign up and what are the daily activity options?
  • Sign up is online HERE, you will select your child's school, the days you would like care, and the requested activity for that day as well as the session.
  • The full class schedule can be found HERE...you might notice some minor changes in our offerings, please pay close attention to class start and end times when choosing your preferred activity for each day.
  • Options are listed by school, by day HERE
  • Your activity selections are not guaranteed but we will do our best to honor them! 
My child attends ICS/Jackson but is an advanced gymnast or interested in a class that is only offered at the Queen Village location. How do I sign up?
  • If your child has been placed Gym 2 or above and attends ICS or Jackson or you have been in touch with the office regarding your child taking a class at the Queen Village location, be sure to mark "WALK 2 PIM" as your activity option. An admin will reach out to confirm your selection and, if possible, we will accommodate and walk kids over to the other location for class. Nothing is guaranteed but we will try our best to make this happen!
What if the day I want care is full when I go to register?
  • Please note that we often start conservatively in terms of number of spaces offered per day so if you see a day that looks full but you still want care, please be sure to waitlist yourself and sign up for any other days that might work for your schedule...if we can accommodate you we will certainly make the switch! 

What are the payment options?
  • There is no longer an early bird discount but the 20% sibling discount is still in effect. 
  • The deposit required at sign up is 25% of your cart total. 
  • You can submit full payment at the time of sign up for a 5% discount OR pay the deposit and we will set up a monthly autopay to be charged on the 1st of each month of the session(s) you sign up for.

What if I need to cancel?
  • Starting this Fall, for all classes and MOVE After School, we will charge a 10% of tuition cancellation fee if you cancel at any time. If you need to drop a day of MOVE we will charge 10% of the dropped day tuition. If registration is cancelled prior to the start of the session, your payment minus the cancellation fee will be returned to you in the method of payment we received (check, cash, card). If cancelling after current session has begun, your balance will be refunded to your InMovement account to use for future purchases.

What if I run into technical difficulties or my total looks incorrect when I go to sign up?
  • There is an admin in the office so please give us a call at (267) 239-0844 or send an email to info@phillyinmovement.com if you need assistance.
  • If you see a discrepancy in pricing but you're concerned about reserving your spot, you can always pay the deposit knowing we will double check and give an accurate balance in our confirmation.
What happens after I complete the online sign up?
  • Admins will be double checking all enrollments and sending confirmation emails throughout the week. If there were any errors in online pricing or any issues with the selected activity options, they will be outlined for you there.
