Annual Review 2018-19
Projects over the past year
The Foundation released its 2018-2019 Annual Review on July 9. The 28-page document themed "Better Health, Better Care," details a record number of projects the Foundation participated in over the past 12 months. Check it out!

Workforce Conference
National event held in Dallas
It was a meeting of workforce minds when The National Fund for Workforce Solutions 2019 Convening was held in Dallas, June 25-27. The Foundation's Workforce Center Director Sally Williams participated in a panel discussion.

$12 Million Awarded
DCCCD healthcare grant
The Dallas County Community College District received a $12 million grant from the Department of Labor on June 25 to promote healthcare training. The DFWHC Foundation served as local intermediary early in the project.

High-Level Disinfection
August 12 educational event
Working with CMS, the Foundation will host "High-Level Disinfection: What Surveyors are Looking For" on August 12. Dodjie Guioa of CMS and Lane Vause, a CLIA surveyor, will be the expert speakers on hand. Don't miss!
