I was so pleased to host our spring Nonprofit Networking Breakfast at the University of Maryland Do Good Institute's Do Good Accelerator. They've asked me to share this good news with you:
As part of TIAA's ongoing collaboration with the Do Good Institute and the School of Public Policy, nonprofit professionals in the DMV can receive up to $14,000 towards the University of Maryland's Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership through the TIAA Future Nonprofit Leaders Fellows Program.
With TIAA's support matching the School of Public Policy Fellowship, new students entering the program for the Fall 2019 semester could pay as little as $8,000 in total tuition for the four courses in UMD's nationally-ranked nonprofit management and leadership graduate program.
Learn more about the course schedule, professors, and the financial aid you qualify for

. You can also access the application from that page.
Students who apply to the Graduate Certificate program and are admitted will automatically be considered for any available fellowship. No separate fellowship application is required. And for a limited time, new applicants can request an application fee waiver. Visit the
program's website
to learn more.
Special thanks to Dr. Yvette Butler and Gapbusters for honoring me at their banquet on Friday night, and more importantly, for the great work they do with our youth!
As always, feel free to reach out to a member of my District 3 team or me if we can help you in any way. #onlytogether
