Almost half of the
St. Tammany Parish Council’s meeting on Thursday was taken up discussing a single agenda item: a proposed ordinance establishing fines for repeated false fire alarms.
Subcommittees on Energy, Fiscal Responsibility and Economic Growth: “We must strengthen Medicare and Social Security for those who currently rely on these important programs and preserve them for Americans who will need them in the future,”  said
