Description
An interdisciplinary analysis of interactions of land and water systems, and how upstream management and behavior impacts downstream aquatic systems. A primary focus will be the analysis, comparison and solutions related to eutrophication of coastal systems. This will be supported with research in related disciplines, field experiences, and exploration of stakeholder viewpoints and behaviors. Students will demonstrate their integrated knowledge by preparing an interdisciplinary proposal addressing coastal eutrophication.
