Spelling Bee
The Spelling Bee has been changed to February 11 at 6:30 in the Cafeteria. Come and see how well the students do and how far they can go. Who will be this years' winner?
The Wizard of Oz, Young Performers Edition
NPS Theater will be performing "The Wizard of Oz". Play rehearsals are well under way with the show to have performances at NHS on Friday, February 28th at 7pm; Saturday, February 29th at 7pm; and Sunday, March 1 at 2pm. Make sure to mark your calendars to see this wonderful performance.

Yearbook Club is off and running and yearbooks can be ordered either on line directly through Lifetouch at the link below, using Yearbook ID Code: 11927120, or by filling out a form available in the office. Forms are also available in your students' homeroom. Purchase yours today to guarantee your student receives one as quantity is limited.

NPS WINTER SPORTS SCHEDULE

The regular season for winter sports has come to a close.
Ray McConnell, Guy Stanton, and Matthew Timpson will have matches at the Varsity State Wrestling Tournament this weekend.
The Boys Basketball team will be in the Playoffs starting next week.



Power School
Second quarter ended January 24 and Report Cards are being distributed to students today. Please make sure your student shares their report card with you. If your student has not brought one home by Tuesday, February 4th, please call the school and we'll make sure one gets home to you.

Power School is a good way to keep track of grades and attendance for your child. Power School access codes are available to all students and their parents.

Our next NPS PTO meeting will be held on December 3rd at Catarina's. Come join us and hear about the Holiday Gift Shop which will be held December 11th though December 13th. Also hear the update regarding the Pier Plays playground.





The Narragansett Pier Middle School community needs your help to build an outdoor space where the NPS students can be creative, have fun and be more active! We have been working hard over the past 3 years to raise funds but are still short at this time. Please see attached link to find out more and how you can make this new playground a possibility.
