In Parashat Tazria 13:45-46, the first Pasuk discusses the leper who has a “nega”: his clothes must be ripped, his hair uncut and his head wrapped. Rashi explains that his head is wrapped like a mourner.
The next pasuk tells us that the leper has to sit in seclusion, in quarantine, not in this house but rather outside the three camps. Rashi quotes the Gemara: why is he different from others who are impure such that he has to sit alone?
