Mary Ann Heesters represented both the seller and the buyer in the sale and purchase of The Perfect Cup Café in Hockessin, Delaware. The establishment has been in business for over 20 years and is a local favorite. It was sold to a former employee, Gleidson Alencar. It reopened for business on December 21.

is celebrating 15 years with Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties. Rich has an entrepreneurial spirit and has achieved great success during his time with Patterson-Woods, including becoming the youngest partner in the firm. In addition to sales and leasing in DE, PA and MD, Rich assists in training new brokers at the firm and is involved in several local organizations, including the Caesar Rodney Rotary Club and Goodwill of Delaware.
