Last year proved to be anything but business as usual. You never stopped working to serve your community, even in uncertain times, and we understand how truly essential you are in keeping all of our lives "livable".
With that, we are excited to announce the launch of our first official “Customer Check-In Package”. We’ve put together a few items to say thank you, along with custom reports and resources to help make this year a success.
You should be receiving your package by the end of this week if you have not already (one per hauler). Going forward, we will be sending these out twice a year, coinciding with Earth Day (April 22) and America Recycles Day (November 15).
These packages are meant to help us check-in on how you’re doing, help you inform and educate your customers, and give you an opportunity to provide us with feedback.
