Greater Sacramento COVID-19 Update
April 24, 2020
Good Afternoon,

City, county and community leaders continue their work on creating opportunities for economic development amid COVID-19, to help our local economy moving. The construction industry in particular will help lead us in our economic recovery as it is tied to hundreds of other industries. We have seen the construction industry quickly evolve to meet the current safety standards and continue their work on critical infrastructure.

As a whole, GSEC has, since its inception been dedicated to building a sustainable economy. Projects that we've been working on for the last five years are not changing, including Aggie Square and MLS. They are the path towards a prosperous economic future.

The main concept we can't forget amid all of this, is that we all must work together. I am tremendously thankful for our board members who are collaborating to keep the Greater Sacramento region's economy moving.

Stay Safe,
Barry Broome
