A Note From Your CSA Board Chairman, Mark Griffith
On behalf of the Sea Pines CSA Board of Directors, I am pleased to congratulate Barry Barth, Larry Moshvin and Rich Speer for securing CSA board seats in the recent election.

Each of these individuals embodies the unified spirit of our community and recognizes that a united Sea Pines is the key to our future. These elected officials realize that in order to fund the future of our community, a referendum must be prioritized and supported in 2019.

I look forward to working alongside these individuals to collectively secure a brighter future for all of Sea Pines.
Mark A. Griffith
CSA Board Chairman
A Note From Your CSA President, Bret Martin
Dear Sea Pines Property Owners,

Sea Pines CSA is pleased to report that a record number of property owners completed a recent survey that gauged awareness and support for a proposed referendum to address several of our community’s critical needs.

Nearly 40 percent of you shared opinions on a variety of topics related to the proposed referendum and its terms. We appreciate your valuable feedback and are hard at work reviewing and addressing your top questions.

While the needs within our community and the funding shortfall remain unchanged, the path forward to address the needs and shortfall through a referendum may be updated based on your input and ideas.

In the coming weeks, you will receive an invitation for a community presentation and webinar from CSA. During the presentation, we will review and discuss the survey findings alongside the survey administrator from Lowcountry and Resort Islands Tourism Institute at University of South Carolina Beaufort.

We look forward to seeing you in the New Year,
Bret Martin
CSA President
