Congrats to our Woodland MathCounts Team!
This past Saturday, Ali and Laura Avila, Albert Liu, Keming Meng, Maddie Mullins, and Annie Xu represented Woodland at the Chapter Level MathCounts Competition held at the U of A. This was a regional competition with over 160 students competing. Albert, Annie, Keming, and Maddie received the FIRST PLACE TEAM award. Albert, Keming, and Maddie were in the top ten for their individual scores and made it to the prestigious Countdown Round. All six of these students qualified with individual scores to move on to compete at the State Level in March. OUTSTANDING! Mr. Thomas and Mrs. Weishaar are very proud of each of these students!
