Tell Your Company's Story -- Be a Part of the Display Week Exhibitors' Forum

Reach out to the next-generation electronic display creators, technologists, value-add suppliers, and market-making end users who will flock to Display Week in San Jose next year - make an Exhibitors' Forum presentation.

Your 15-minute presentation (including a Q&A period) will take place in a ballroom near the exhibit hall where a dedicated audience of attendees will be listening to your every word. Highly visible, on-site signage will point the way to the Exhibitors' Forum, and announcements will be made for each presentation via loudspeaker in the main exhibit hall. Registration for the 2019 Exhibitors' Forum is now open. The deadline is March 1, 2019, so be sure to register as soon as possible.

Opportunities to participate are free to exhibitors but limited in number. Presentation slots will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. This is your chance to tell your company's story, without interruption, to an interested, uniquely qualified audience. Don't miss out. Please note:
  • Presentations can cover technology, products, services, and other topics. We ask that you include technical content to attract the widest attendance.
  • An abstract is required if you choose to participate in the Exhibitors' Forum. Please click here to submit your company information, along with a 35- to 50-word presentation description. All abstracts must be submitted no later than March 1, 2019. Notification of your assigned time slot will be sent to you as we get closer to the conference.

Please direct all questions to Samantha Tola.

Display Industry Awards - The Deadline Approaches

The deadline for the 2019 Display Industry Awards will be here before you know it. Don't forget to submit your company's nomination by January 15, 2019

The Society for Information Display is celebrating the twenty-fifth year of the Display Industry Awards, the industry's most prestigious honor. The DIAs recognize the best display products or applications introduced to the market during the previous calendar year. "We hope to have the largest number of nominations ever this year, as we celebrate a quarter century of DIAs," says Wei Chen, chair of the Display Industry Awards committee.

Note: In order to be a part of the DIAs, companies must nominate themselves. While submitting a nomination does not guarantee an award, not submitting a nomination guarantees that a company will not receive an award.

Display Industry Awards are presented in three categories: Display of the Year Award, Display Application of the Year Award, and Display Component of the Year Award. There is no fee to submit a nomination. To nominate a product, component, or application for a 2019 Display Industry Award, download the appropriate nomination form from www.sid.org/About/Awards/DisplayIndustryAwards.aspx, complete it entirely (including supporting documentation) and send it to the contact noted on the form.

Coming Soon: The Display Week People's Choice Awards

Display Week is rolling out an exciting new show awards program in 2019 that will allow attendees and exhibitors to vote for their favorite exhibits and products on the show floor. Voting will take place through a survey in the DW 2019 mobile app. Exhibitors will be responsible for nominating themselves and their products for this program prior to the show. We'll provide more details on the People's Choice Awards early next year.

Act Now and Save on a Tote Bag Sponsorship

The early bird deadline for the official Display Week Attendee Tote Bag logo
sponsorship is fast approaching. We have already sold 6 of the 12 slots at $1,000 each. After December 15, 2018, the price will increase to $1,500 per logo.
The official Display Week Tote Bag is distributed to each of the 2,000+ registered conferees at the Display Week 2019 technical sessions. As a sponsor, your logo will be printed on one side of each bag, giving your company tremendous exposure and identifying you as a proud sponsor of Display Week 2019, both during the sessions and afterwards.

To find out more about the tote bag sponsorship and many other sponsorship and promotion opportunities, see our sponsorship gallery or contact Jim Buckley or Sue Chung.
