UW Bothell, Cascadia College, Bothell Kenmore Chamber, Northshore School District and City of Bothell are all collaborating to host this question and answer event ahead of the legislative session with Senator Guy Palumbo and Representatives Shelley Kloba and Derek Stanford. 2019 State Of The City Of Bothell Address Luncheon

Please join us at the Chamber's annual State of the City of Bothell Luncheon to hear Bothell City Manager Jennifer Phillips deliver the address. We will be looking back at Bothell's recent accomplishments as well as what's ahead in 2019.

Typical attendance is 150 people and usually sells out so be sure to get your tickets soon! The event will be hosted in the spacious Evergreen Church auditorium with a large stage and professional big screen AV system. A delicious lunch will be catered by Alexa's Cafe & Catering!

We had a super fun event and it was great watching 500+ attendees, many in holiday sweaters, sip, skip, sing & stroll to the participating shops & restaurants on Main Street.

 
Special thank you's to: Our many volunteers who generously donated their time and energy, the participating shops, vendors who poured, Holiday Carolers that entertained, PIQ Photobooth and Santa Claus for the great photos, and Evergreen Karate for allowing us to use their studio for check-in. We hope you will all remember to shop and dine on Main Street and we're super excited for next year's Holiday Walk!

The Chamber Welcomes New Chairperson For Bothell Downtown Action Committee

For many years Paul Kavanagh Owner of Woodlawn Optical has generously donated his time and energy to successfully chairing our Bothell Downtown Action Committee. We are very grateful for Paul's valuable contributions to the committee and his support of the downtown Bothell area including chairing us through several important issues, including the Main Street fire and the downtown revitalization. His leadership has been greatly appreciated. Thank you Paul!

Effective in October, we welcomed Andrya Rytter to the position. Andrya is the Owner of Level Seven Salon, a successful business on Main Street, and has been an active Chamber member and committee participant for several years. We welcome Andrya as the new Chairperson and look forward to working with her. Welcome Andrya!

City Launches New Video Platform For Public Meetings
 
The community can now more easily view City Council and Planning Commission meetings live, or watch the recorded webcast immediately from anywhere on high definition.  Also, coming soon, they will have timestamped video links embedded in the meeting agendas and packet materials, allowing you to instantly advance the video to a certain item in the meeting. The portal can be accessed from the same location as before at www.kenmorewa.gov/council

Geoffrey Castle is a pioneer on the electric six-string violin. From his beginnings as a street musician in New York City and Paris, he rose to play in the Tony Award winning Broadway production of M. Butterfly. The Cottage Welcomes New Executive Chef To Lead Their Culinary Team

The Cottage proudly announces that Megan Erickson, a highly accomplished Executive Chef, has joined the restaurant to lead the culinary team, and plans to create a truly elevated farm-to-table experience. Chef Erickson combines the foundation of a formal culinary education with years working alongside some of the Seattle area's most talented chefs.

Sweet and savory... Formally trained in pastry and baking, she was also the head pastry chef at a well known Seattle restaurant before working her way up through the ranks on the savory side of the kitchen. Chef Erickson has also opened up exciting possibilities in the bar program. Santa wants all good little girls and boys to make a reservation and join him for a festive morning and delicious holiday breakfast.  From 9:00-11:00 a.m. on Saturday 12/22 only, breakfast guests will be treated to an unrushed meet and greet with the big guy, who will visit with families at their tables in the dining room.  
 
Santa will also pose for seated photos. Beardslee Public House will provide a professional photographer who will email complimentary digital photos. Guests may also take their own photos so don't forget your camera! There is no cost to take a photo with Santa, but don't be late. Homeward Pet's Holiday Giving Tree is an opportunity for community members to help provide food and supplies for the care of the homeless dogs and cats that come through their doors. Hosting a Holiday Giving Tree at your business or collecting these gifts is a simple, creative, and tangible way to help out the animals in need in your community.

Homeward Pet will provide hang-able tree ornaments with suggested items that help in the care of the dogs and cats in the shelter. You can display the tags as ornaments on your giving tree in a common space, or do something new and creative with them that inspires the holiday spirit. Sponsorship Opportunities With Kokanee Elementary PTA


The Kokanee Elementary PTA is providing area businesses the opportunity to reach the families of 800+ students, along with 80+ staff, through PTA sponsorship. Gold and Platinum sponsors receive signage near student pickup/drop-off area in the school parking lot, along with branding on T-shirts given to students, event recognition, and decals for the sponsoring business.
