Catholic Schools Week - January 26-31, 2020 Schedule
Sunday (January 26) - Catholic Schools Week Mass 
  • 8:45am Mass at St. Louis Catholic Church: All families are invited to join us for Mass to open Catholic Schools Week. Students will be sitting separate from parents with their classes in uniform. Parents should drop their student(s) off at McClunn Hall between 8:20-8:30am to join their classroom teacher. Because this is an optional event, students who attend will receive a special comfy clothes day on a later date. Choir students should meet with Ms.Noone in the choir loft.
  • PTO Bake Sale after Masses in the cafeteria
  • Open House for prospective families from 10am-1pm 
Monday (January 27) – “Learn”
  • Morning Arrival: Opening Assembly (Saints Alive by 8th Grade) McClunn Hall
  • Mid-morning: School Spelling Bee 10:00am (Grades 4-8) McClunn Hall
  • Afternoon: It’s Cath-A-demic Competition 1:05pm (All School) McClunn Hall
Tuesday (January 28) – “Lead”
  • All Day: Faith Appreciation Day – Praising Parish Priests and Poor Clares
  • Morning: PTO Teacher Rolling Breakfast (7:15am)
  • Afternoon: 5th Grade Wax Museum (1:30-2:30pm) Parents and visitors are welcome! Please sign in at the office.
Wednesday (January 29) – “Serve”
  • Morning: “Praise & PJs” - Mrs. Dyke will lead a school-wide prayer service over the loudspeaker. Students can wear sweatshirts, fleece/flannel PJ pants and sneakers to school (NO nightgowns, onesies, thin pjs or slippers).
  • Morning: Cultural Arts Assembly (10:00am) Boyle School of Irish Dance, McClunn Hall
  • Morning/Afternoon: Community Service Day - Students and staff will work together to bag donations for UCM and New Hope Housing
Thursday (January 30) – “Succeed”
  • All students will be allowed to dress in their P.E. uniform for the whole day even if it is not their normal P.E. day.
  • Morning: Living Rosary (10:00am) McClunn Hall
  • Afternoon: Spirit Day (1:30-2:30pm) McClunn Hall - Cheerleaders perform and class relay races held.
Friday (January 31) – "Embrace" 
  • Morning: Mass and Teacher Swap
  • Afternoon: Teacher Luncheon and Volunteer Appreciation Cart (12:00-1:30pm)
  • Afternoon: Closing Assembly (1:45-2:30pm) - Staff vs. 8th grade “Minute To Win It” competition & Student Council Slime Contest
