Dr. David Koczerginski, Chief of Psychiatry at North York General Hospital shares his tips for taking care of your mental health in the face of uncertainty.

The Covid19toronto.ca self-assessment tool starts with an online questionnaire designed to assess risk for COVID-19 based on symptoms. Individuals who meet the geographic and symptom criteria (i.e. they live in Toronto), will have the option to conduct a live virtual triage with a registered nurse online.
