BOOK FAIR

The Scholastic Fall Book Fair is here! Pick up gifts for your favorite students and teachers, all while benefiting MMS. Visit all week before and after school. 
DATES:    Monday Dec 3 - Friday Dec 7
HOURS: 8-9:30 a.m. and 2:30-6 p.m.

Online Book Fair
In addition to our book fair in the Big Room, we also have an ONLINE book fair Monday, November 26 - Sunday, December 9 at  http://www.scholastic.com/bf/mmsfall2018. Shop online for an even greater selection of titles or share the link with out-of-town relatives who can't visit in person. Online orders will be delivered free-of-charge to the school, and all proceeds benefit MMS - just like the in-school fair!.

Volunteers needed

SIX-YEAR-OLD DEBUTS AT CARNEGIE HALL

Here is a link to our own Raphael Wu's story in the Gainesville Sun!  In front of hundreds of people in Weill Hall within Carnegie, Raphael played part one of German composer Friedrich Kuhlau's Sonatina Op. 55 No. 1. The piece reaches a level of difficulty that his piano instructor, Nadia Mezey, said typically takes around eight years to master.
