19th Annual Differences Day Teaches Empathy

Differences Day, run by K-L's SEPTO , gives students a chance to ask questions like these and creates opportunities for support, empathy, and relationships.

Designing Droids, Building Wind Machines, Testing Towers!
Students in the technology wing of John Jay Middle School are designing and building droid robots, wind-machines, and towers—and then testing them to see how they perform.

This is technology education in action—the use of math and science to solve real world problems.
