At its next meeting on November 14, 2018, the Burlingame City Council will review and provide direction on new affordable housing fees and inclusionary incentives. Council will review the memorandum "Financial Analysis of Proposed Affordable Housing Program, City of Burlingame" prepared for consideration of establishing residential housing impact fees.
