Theodore Roosevelt Council is excited to announce the offering of online merit badge workshops via zoom
!Starting Tuesday April 14th, we will be holding two different merit badge classes throughout the upcoming week.
YOU MUST ATTEND BOTH SESSIONS FOR EACH MERIT BADGE CLASS!
Personal Management
- Tuesday April 14th & Thursday April 16th from 4 to 6pm
Public Health - Wednesday April 15th & Friday April 17th from 4 to 6pm
Registration will open on Monday April 13th, at Noon.
Each online class will cost $10

For all scouts registering for classes, we ask you have a computer with camera/microphone access. We will be monitoring that scouts are present thorugohut the class and not just logged on. We will also be limiting participants from
making individual chats to follow both youth protection guidelines and focusing on the class. Microphones will be muted at times for lecture/explanation but a group chat with all participants will be available throughout the class for questions, comments, concerns, etc.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL OR EMAIL TO REQUEST BEING FORCED IN TO A SESSION OR WAITLISTED, AS NEITHER OF THESE OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE.
There is a strict
no refund or transfer of credit policy for ALL Merit Badge Workshops, in lieu of the extreme popularity of these programs and the overwhelming amount of special requests that are received.
THESE WORKSHOPS ARE EXTREMELY POPULAR AND ARE OFFERED STRICTLY ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. EVEN IF YOUR ORDER TIMED OUT, THERE WAS A TECHNICAL DIFFICULTY, OR YOUR SON NEEDS THE BADGE IN QUESTION, EXCEPTIONS WILL NOT BE MADE. THERE ARE MANY OTHER OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADVANCEMENT IN SCOUTING, INCLUDING WORKING WITH YOUR SCOUTMASTER TO CONTACT A LOCAL COUNSELOR, ATTENDING SUMMER CAMP(S), ETC.
