West Central States Wool Growers Convention & Trade Show
DISPLAY BOOTH REQUEST
We are pleased to announce that the West Central States Wool Growers Convention and Trade show will be held November 8-10, 2018 at the Ramkota Hotel in Casper, WY. Sheep producers from Idaho, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming will be present along with producers from neighboring states.
We are offering trade show opportunities during the convention. We have a limited number of display space available so tables will be offered on a first come, first serve basis. Set up will begin at 1 pm on Thursday, November 8. We ask vendors not to take down their booths before 3:00 pm on Saturday.
All trade show vendors will receive a complimentary ticket to either the Sheep Shearing Calcutta on Thursday evening or the Getting to Know Ewe Reception on Friday evening. Table price also includes lunch on Friday and Saturday. If you have a colleague joining you a meals package is available, which includes lunch on Friday and Saturday, as well as one evening event on Thursday or Friday. If you would like to join us at the Saturday night banquet, you will need to purchase a ticket separately.
All trade show vendors will be listed in the convention program.
If interested, please follow the link below. Because of the limited space all requests will be confirmed within 24 hours of submission. Deadline for requests is Oct. 31 so that we can place vendors' names in the program.
