New Safety and Trailhead Signs on Centennial Trail & Ben Burr Trail!

Working to improve safety and wayfinding along the Spokane River Centennial Trail, Friends of the Centennial Trail recently received a $5,000 grant from Spokefest.  Our Trailbuilder's Fund covered the additional $9,200 expense and two types of signs have been added at each trailhead:

Safety signs were also donated to the City of Spokane for the Ben Burr Trail and will be installed soon.

Thank you to our Trailbuilder's Fund donors and Spokefest, supported by WheelSport, who have made this important project a reality!

If the Centennial Trail is an important recreational resource in your life, please consider making an annual donation!  Friends of the Centennial Trail receives no public funding!  Community donations allow us to advocate for Trail safety, maintenance, gap completion, support connecting trails and adjacent parklands.
