KM Ice Fishing Club Wins Tip Up Tourney
Huge congrats to the KM Ice Fishing Club, winners of the 2020 WIFA Ice Fishing Extravaganza Tournament! KM's club had 12 kids in the tourney and caught a total of approximately 434 inches of fish (that's a lotta fish).
Laser Tech Wins Patriot Games Qualifier
Laser Tech, Kettle Moraine School District’s FIRST Tech Robotics Team, earned another first place finish, this time at the Patriot Games qualifier in Brookfield Jan. 18. Laser Tech led the field and won the qualifier as “Alliance Captain” for the first time in team history.
Application Deadline For Charter High

Students who are interested in applying to a high school charter school for 2020-21 - HS² , KM Global or KM Perform - need to apply by noon TODAY .

Families will be notified of acceptance by no later than January 27.

It’s time to start thinking about middle school! Over the next few weeks, middle school counselors will be visiting with fifth graders about the choices they have at KMMS.

Parents and students may also attend info nights and "Live Looks at KMMS" days to see middle school as its happening.
WNKMP Swim Team Beats Bay Port
Snow could not stop the WNKMP Swim Team Saturday as they held off the Bay Port Pirates by 89 points in Fond du Lac! It was a fantastic meet with:
- 2 relay wins
- 3 first-place finishes
- 5 top-three finishes
- 13 season-best time

...and first-place to start the meet with the 200 Medley Relay of Andrew Herman, Luke Bedalov, Drew Millette, and Cory Michalek. Drew won the 100 Butterfly, Cory won the 100 Freestyle, and Andrew won the 100 Backstroke. Cory, Drew, Gavin Schultz, and Luke finished the meet by winning the 400 Freestyle. Congrats to all!
Middle-School Goal Realized With ACT Ace
HUGE KUDOS to Kettle Moraine High School senior Jocelyn Heckenkamp, who aced her ACT exam with a perfect 36, a goal she set as a middle-school student at KMMS.

Of Its 2020-21 Budget Discussion

Our Business Services department must prepare two budgets: one where voters pass the April 7 referendum ballot question, and one where voters reject it.

Our KM Budget Forums will focus on the latter and give the community a voice as the district determines how to plan for possible reductions of $1.76 million in 2020-21.
