The Nonprofit Insider: June 20, 2019
Today is Recess at Work Day!
Kids take advantage of awesome perks like naps, snacks, free room and board... but today, professionals can be kids again (and appreciated it) with some recess time at work! Oh, and if your boss doesn't believe us, here's a link for that.
Pay Your CEO What They're Worth!
As many of our readers now know, we conducted a nonscientific salary survey last year (interested? Click here to access the reports!) - the 2018 NWPA Nonprofit Salary Survey. In response to the results of the survey, The Partnership's Executive Director, Adam Bratton, has published multiple blog posts on the survey's findings.

Click here to read "Pay Your CEO What They're Worth, Not What You Can Get Them For." “You get what you pay for” applies to CEO pay, too. If you believe you can’t pay a new CEO what they’re worth, you will get what you pay for. To head off the disaster that's lurking in our nonprofits' leadership transition process, we need to fix the problem of CEO compensation.
