"What is it you do?"
Our direct response is:

Most often the next question is:

And while the first question (the
what) has an easy answer the second question (the
how) is not so easy.
You see each person, idea and situation is different.
One size does not fit all.
And an effective development methodology is determined by the resources, attributes and aptitude of the person we're working with.
As pioneers in the incubator industry we discovered an accurate way to take the individual from where they were at the moment to where they wanted to be in the future.
We had our clients abandon "hope," for instance, and substitute "faith" instead.
Think about those two words for just a moment.

The House of York sends their last king to the throne of England, as
Richard III begins his rule. His reign will be brief, ending two years later at the
Battle of Bosworth Field, but his infamy will live on, as a future scribe named Shakespeare will find inspiration in Richard's reputed villainy.

Madagascar gains full independence from France, which had first invaded the island in 1883. It had been a self-governing republic since 1958, but would now become a fully independent state, led by President Philibert Tsiranana.

Almost two years after communist East Germany built a wall separating East and West Berlin, US President

A not-for-profit cooperative association of independent businesses, founded from an economic development research project on the
importance of small business development conducted by the
Houston Chamber of Commerce in the late 1970's.
With our first Co-Op meeting held March 14, 1983, to date we've worked with 51,482
people, generating 44,160 tips, leads, referrals and items of new business, generating revenues exceeding one billion dollars, founded the Entrepreneurial Development Center - Houston's first and Texas' oldest small business incubator and co-working space, First Houston Small Business Seed Capital Fund - literally the first small business seed capital fund in Houston, the Womens Business Center - first business incubator for women business owners in the country with residency space and the Virtual Business Center - the first remote business incubator in the world - all totally without public funding, grants, gifts, donations or contributions.
Our Entrepreneurial Research Division conclusively demonstrated "entrepreneurship" could be taught in a classroom environment, resulting in colleges and universities, globally,
commencing entrepreneurial courses.
