Brix Wine and Liquor in Malta is a nice store with a focus on high-quality craft products.

Owners Colleen and David have graciously volunteered their store as a pickup site in Malta. So now residents of Clifton Park, Malta, and Ballston Spa will be able to pick up their 9 Miles East Farm orders at Brix on Tuesday nights at 6 p.m. and Friday and Saturday afternoons at 4:45 p.m.

Place your order online through www.pizzadelivery.farm, specify 2429 US 9 in Mechanicville as your delivery location, and pick 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday or 4:45 Friday or Saturday as your delivery time.

Thoughtful wine pairings will also be available in addition to pizza, Dinners to GO, GO Boxes, and other high-quality, locally-sourced meals from 9 Miles East Farm.

Get Lucky on Monday Night

9 Miles East Farm runs an ongoing "Lucky Monday" promotion to reward customers for ordering on what is a slow day for many restaurants, and a tough day for some customers.

The farm makes a slow-fermented, naturally leavened sourdough crust using fresh Farmer Ground Flour from Ithaca, sauce with tomatoes from their own farm and other local farms in season, and local mozzarella.
