Nov 18 Director's Corner
BRP Playground
You may have noticed additional concrete paths and spaces added to several of our parks in the past year. These projects at Legion, Smithville and Bailey Road Parks were completed in order to make them accessible to all visitors. In addition to ADA-compliant playground swings and picnic tables, new improvements include accessible routes from the parking areas to the athletic fields, space for wheelchairs next to viewing bleachers, and improved lighting. The Cornelius PARC Department is dedicated to making our parks available to all!
