"The Cardiac Rehab Team at Alameda Center is Outstanding!"
Meet Yolanda Smith, Cardiac Patient at Alameda
Suffering from CHF and high blood pressure, Yolanda was on oxygen and could barely walk when she arrived at Alameda Center for cardiac rehabilitation. While undergoing daily therapy to foster her independence in mobility and activities of daily living, Yolanda was continuously monitored by our ACLS Certified Cardiac Nurse.

Within 2 weeks she returned home to her family, having achieved her rehab goals and regained her prior level of independence. Today she can walk with a rolling walker and minimal support.
