Dear Natick Community,
Last night at our televised public meeting, the School Committee voted 7-0 to appoint Dr. Nolin as the next superintendent of the Natick Public Schools, pending a successful contract negotiation.
Thank you to the hundreds of parents, students, faculty, staff, and community members who provided feedback throughout this process. The insight you provided through surveys, focus groups, emails, conversations, and interviews was critical in allowing us to reach this important decision.
We are confident that Dr. Nolin will continue to provide strong leadership for our public schools and will set high expectations for both students and staff. We believe she is a leader that values the social and emotional health of our students and is committed to building a school community that is inclusive, civically engaged, and empathetic. She values communication and will work in partnership with families to strengthen a school system that serves all students.
Thank you again for your participation in this process. We look forward to continuing our work together with you to maintain the high quality of the Natick Public Schools.
Sincerely,
The Natick School Committee
