Pennsylvania Economic Development Association (PEDA) and
Fourth Economy to complete
a study that details the economic impact of Economic Development Corporations (EDCs) throughout the state. We found that Economic Development Agencies total economic output in an average year was $15.6 billion. O
ur findings revealed that every dollar that EDCs invest in their community through construction activity leverages $44 into the community from federal and private sources.
