On November 4th, with the engagement of the membership, we launched the comprehensive review of Goalline with the ultimate goal of ensuring we have a provincial online registration and soccer management platform in place that addresses both the needs of the membership and SSA.  

We are now ready to proceed with the next steps in this process to determine the viability of Goalline as an online registration solution: 

(1)  completion of the comprehensive survey and;

Survey Completion Survey

We appreciate the feedback from all those that reviewed the survey draft. With the survey criteria now developed, we are ready to move onto the next step in the comprehensive review of Goalline. 

The next step is now the completion of the s urvey.  Within each of the defined categories, w e ask you to prioritize what's most important, as well as your current satisfaction within Goalline. This will be a comprehensive task but it is critical to defining our needs and articulating our current concerns. 

Survey responses are due back from membership by  December 10th.

There are multiple tabs in the spreadsheet. On the "Scoring and Instructions" tab, you will find the instructions on how to fill in the survey. Once complete, p lease save the excel file and email it back to Eden at [email protected] . We ask that only one survey be submitted on behalf of each Member Organization/entity with a Goalline site. 


Working Group WorkingGroup

There is still time to apply to join the Soccer Management System (SMS) working group. 
  • Expression of Interest - If you are interested in joining the SMS Working Group please complete the Expression of Interest Form. Deadline to apply is December 2nd. We are looking for 6-10 individuals, from Member Organizations small to large, rural and urban, to join this team. Individuals will be selected based on availability and experience as well as location in order to ensure the views of our diverse soccer community are represented. 
  • The Working Group will be announced on December 4th.
  • SMS volunteers will meet with SSA staff online and undertake the initial review results of the survey on December 18th. They remain engaged, with additional meetings in the New Year and ultimately will contribute to the communication of findings to Stack by the end of January 2019
  • We will provide a full update to Membership at the Annual General Meeting -> March 23-24 2019, Regina
  • Over the summer months SMS will continue to monitor performance of Goalline, engage in ongoing discussions and research & explore options to inform our long term relationship with Goalline/Stack from -> April to August 2019
  • Our goal is to have a decision in place by fall 2019 to ensure that SSA Members have access to the best possible solution for online registration and soccer management for 2020 and beyond -> Fall 2019

Please note, those wishing to continue to process online payments have until January 25th to transition to Stack Pay.
