NACO Leadership Book Club
NACO is offering a leadership focused book club for county officials and their staff. The book club offers an opportunity to read, discuss and network with peers. We will read two books a year focused around professional development and leadership. The first book that we will cover was provided to each county at the NACO Annual Conference last month. The book is titled “My Best Advice: Proven Rules for Effective Leadership” by Dr. Tim Rahschulte, Ryan Halley and Russ Martinelli which will be our first book in our series. We encourage county officials to read and share this book over the course of the next four months. We will have a discussion via live webinar at the County Board Workshop on June 4, 2020 with the author, Dr. Tim Rahschulte.  If you are interested in a digital or paperback copy of your own, it is available for purchase on Amazon. To be added to the book club list for announcements and events please email Candace Meredith at candace.meredith@nacone.org or call 402-434-5660.
