Safety Awards Deadline – December 14th!
The deadline to submit for the Master Builders of Iowa safety awards is quickly approaching and we don’t want you to miss out on an excellent opportunity to showcase the safety efforts of your team and the outstanding results they produce.

Recognizing an individual or a team for their commitment to safety is an excellent tool to begin or continue building a strong safety culture within your company. From one employee to another and project to project, the safety culture of your company affects productivity, recruiting, profits, etc. 

We encourage you to submit your company, an individual, or a project for one or more of MBI’s 2019 safety awards.

Register Now for Project Managers and Supervisors Leadership Series! 
Registration is open for MBI’s Project Managers and Project Supervisors – A High Performing Leadership Series now it its sixth year! Designed for the project team, this leadership series has received excellent reviews over the years and we anticipate attendance to continue to sell out. The program is set in an environment designed to focus on leadership and teamwork between two critical positions within a construction team.

Toys for Tots Drop Off Location - We are Now Accepting New, Unwrapped Toys 
MBI is excited to once again partner with the Toys for Tots Campaign in Des Moines as a toy drop off location! We are asking everyone to bring in new, unwrapped toys to our office to show how much the construction industry cares about those less fortunate this holiday season. We will be accepting toy donations until December 14 th , at which time we will be delivering all donations to the Toys for Tots warehouse in Des Moines. 

We encourage everyone to consider contributing to this great cause! Rally your employees to bring toys to your offices and then deliver them to the MBI Toys for Tots drop off location at 221 Park Street, Des Moines! We will be sharing updates of toy drop offs on our social media accounts weekly!

The age groups are 0-3 non-gender specific, 4-8 gender specific and 9-14 gender specific.
