This well located center is anchored by PetSmart, Office Max, and Planet Fitness, and shadow anchored by Home Depot and Meijer. The seller was represented by Sean Sharko and Austin Weisenbeck of Marcus & Millichap. RCG was represented in house by Jeff Miller.

First Tuesday Center  |  Carrollton, GA  (Fund III)

First Tuesday Center is located in Carrollton, Georgia, 45 miles west of Atlanta. The 158,795 SF center is anchored by Roses, Food Depot, Farmers Home Furniture and Dollar Tree. RCG was represented by Margaret Caldwell and Margaret Jones of JLL. 

May's Crossing  |  Stockbridge, GA  (Fund II)

Mays Crossing in a 138,241 SF center located in Stockbridge, Georgia, approximately 16 miles southeast of the Atlanta. The center is anchored by Big Lots, dd's Discounts, and Dollar Tree. RCG was represented by Mark Joines and Drew Fleming of Newmark Knight Frank.

Pamlico Plaza  |  Washington, NC  (Fund III)

Pamlico Plaza is a 89,967 SF center located in the heart of the retail district of Washington, North Carolina. It is anchored by Burke's Outlet, Office Depot and Walmart (shadow). RCG was represented by Ryan McArdle, David Rivers, and Steve Collins of The Palomar Group.

Shawano Plaza  |  Shawano, WI  (Fund II)

Shawano Plaza is a 192,675 SF center located on the northeast corner of the signalized intersection of Woodlawn Drive and East Green Bay Street in Shawano, Wisconsin. The center is anchored by Dunham's Sports. RCG was represented by Tom Fisk and Adam Meyers of NAI Pfefferle.
