Annual Meeting 2020
A review of 2019 - A look ahead to 2020
Lunch at 12:15 p.m.
Meeting starts at 12:45 p.m.

Childcare provided in the nursery for children under five until 2pm.

For Potluck:
Parishioners with last names:
A-G - Bring entrees (Chicken, ham, pasta dishes, large salads, etc)
H-N- Bring desserts (brownies, pies, cakes, puddings, fruit, etc.)
O-Z - Bring side dishes (casseroles, vegetables, salads, potatoes, etc)
  • Please bring enough for 10 people.
  • Please bring a serving utensil (if applicable).
  • Please bring food heated and ready to go (sliced, cut, stirred, etc)
  • Remember to take your dishes home.

We need help setting up and cleaning up with chairs & tables, trash collection, etc. If we all give a hand, it will be quick!

During the meeting, we will be voting for four new vestry members (and a youth rep). We give our thanks to outgoing members Maggy Cullman, Gwen Davis, Richard Schwappach, and Al Todd. NOTE: You must be present at the meeting to vote.

Winter Relief Sign-up
Winter Relief Dates: February 10-17

We need over 100 volunteers to meet the needs of homeless neighbors staying on our campus for that week. From meal preparation, to transportation of our guests, to nightly chaperones to laundry duty, we need parishioners to sign up for this important mission effort. We especially need $5 and $10 gift cards to fast food restaurants, shower monitors, breakfast teams for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, drivers AM & PM, hosts, laundry for our guests, and people to pick up beds linens and blankets when we are done.
ACT on Public Education

Come share your insights on current and developing challenges for local public education. Sessions like this will inform Anne Arundel Connecting Together (ACT) about upcoming reforms and legislative priorities for our community.
