ESP and David is going to have a Stone Pro Day. There will be bar b q and lots of food and plenty of products to look at and test.  The event will be this Wednesday, July 22, 2015 from 11 am to 4 pm at our location.

 

 

 

David got back from Orlando, Fl teaching a class at Coverings. He has currently also been invited again to Stone Expo/surfaces next year in Los Vegas. David Love's teaching and really believes in education in stone is a must.

 

Hear is something from Tile TV Regarding spot bonding. This is very important to watch is you're going to put in new tile or if your tile is possbiley failing after a few years of use. (this is done a lot outside on flagstone.

Unbelievable Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons prepared coarse-ground mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Directions
  1. In a large glass bowl, mix the cider vinegar, mustard, garlic, lime juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Whisk in the olive oil. Place chicken in the mixture. Cover, and marinate 8 hours, or overnight.
  2. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.
  3. Lightly oil the grill grate. Place chicken on the prepared grill, and cook 6 to 8 minutes per side, until juices run clear. Discard marinade.
