Analysis of NYC Economic Incentive Programs
ESI is currently completing an analysis of two NYC economic incentive programs: Relocation and Employment Assistance Program (REAP) and the Industrial and Commercial Abatement Program (ICAP).
We are pleased to announce the recent release of the 2020 State of the Kitchen Incubator Industry in the U.S. This is the third in our series of national surveys specifically analyzing U.S. Kitchen Incubators. Completed in conjunction with Catharine Street Consulting, The Food Corridor, and Urbane Development, this year's study shows robust growth of food business making use of shared-use kitchen facilities. Richard Voith led a team including Enterprise Communities and the University of Southern California to complete research on the impact of Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) on local neighborhood house prices. The team recently submitted a paper to the Journal of Regional Science and Urban Economics for review. Richard was also quoted in the Philadelphia Inquirer, explaining how transit influences neighborhood revitalization in Philadelphia.
