TAX SEASON IS HERE! W-2...W-4...all important tax documents that become vital when filing taxes. We've put together some helpful information to ease your tax filing this year. When will I receive my W-2? W-2s will be delivered to the respective school office during the last week of January. School principals or secretaries will hand them out to employees. If an employee no longer works here, they will be mailed out by January 31. Can I view my W-2s online? Yes, on the Employee Service Portal. Click here to access the portal. Once you login, click on the "payroll" tab.

W-2's will be in the right-hand corner.

How do I update my W-4? Log into TalentEd - Records. You may need to toggle from Perform.

Once in Records, click on "Blank Docs" in the top right.

Then choose the document you wish to update and follow the instructions on the form.

Did You Move? Have you recently moved or changed addresses? Please contact HR, to submit an address change so we can ensure your tax information arrives at the correct location. It is important to keep HR informed of your demographic changes throughout the year. You can log into your employee portal to see what we currently have on file.

UPGRADE IS HERE! For those that use Absence Management to log absences, you should have received an email to create a new account. Your old information will still transfer, but you'll need to create a new username and password for the upgrade. Also, please note if you choose to download the app you'll need the district code: 7354
