If your student goes by something other than their given first name, they can fill out this form at tinyurl.com/nameinyb and the correct name will be in the yearbook. This needs to be done by Fri., Nov. 30.

Wed., Nov. 28, the Fayetteville Color Guard Program will host its first Cadet Winter Guard clinic for the 2019 season. Winter Guard is a unique activity that combines theater and dance with spinning flags to create a performance like no other! Any Fayetteville student in grades 6, 7, 8, or 9 is eligible to participate on our competitive Cadet Winter Guard. There is no prior experience necessary, and all you need to participate is a good attitude and a strong work ethic. Last call for spellers! Woodland's school spelling bee will be held Tues., Nov. 27 after school in room D-1. Parents are welcome to attend! If your student would like to participate, have them stop by Mrs. Kroening's room in D-8 to get study words and a permission slip. Please contact Mrs. Kroening at [email protected] if you have any questions or need any additional information.

The Woodland Band would like to invite you to their Winter Concert next Tues., Dec. 3 at 7 p.m. at the FHS Performing Arts Center. Come on out for some great music and show support for Woodland Band.

Below is the Semester Finals Testing Schedule. Testing will be Dec. 17, 18, and 19. If you are checking out your student after their 7th period final on Dec. 19, you will need to get the permission slip at the bottom of the schedule signed and returned to their 7th period teacher.

Free Tutoring Available

Woodland will be offering free tutoring Mondays and Thursdays before school from 7:30-8:15 and after school from 3:45-4:30.
