At Heron Creek Yoga & Fitness we have everything you need for optimum health: cardio and strength, stretching and relaxing, nutrition advice and community. This month we are also offering deep relaxation and renewal in Kelly's Restorative Workshop with Essential Oils, on Saturday Nov. 24.
