Book Donation Drop-Off
Do you have gently used books you’d like to donate?
Friends of Cary would love to receive them on Monday, June 14, 2021, from 1pm to 3pm at the Cary Library parking lot entrance.
Please limit donations to 2 grocery-sized bags. This will be a drive-thru drop-off. Please leave books in the trunk or rear seat of the car. A volunteer will take your donation.
Donation Guidelines
We welcome books for both adults and children only in good condition. This includes fiction and nonfiction, both hardcover and paperback.
We Cannot Accept
Magazines, encyclopedias, travel or computer books more than 2 years old, items with obvious damage (water, mold, mildew, broken spines, pages missing or falling out). Please do not donate these items, as they take time and effort to dispose of. Please do not leave books, DVDs, or CDs outside the library.
